Program Options
Kaleidoscope Kids Preschool offers Mornings, Lunch, & Full day programs for 2-5 day weeks*.
Morning Program - 8:30am - 11:30am
Lunch Program - 8:30am - 12:30pm
Full Day Program - 8:30am - 4:30pm
* Toddler & Preschool classes are available in 2, 3, 4, & 5-Days a week for Morning, Lunch, & Full Day programs . PreK classes are only available in 4 & 5-Days a week for Lunch & Full Day programs.
Tuition
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT ENROLLING FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR.
2023-2024 school year tuition is divided into 10 equal payments that are due the 1st of each month, September - June. A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% your child’s monthly tuition is due by June 30, 2023 and will be applied to their September Tuition Bill.
There are no reductions in tuition for vacations, illness, pandemic related or other shutdowns, or withdrawal without notice. If tuition is not paid within 5 days, your account will ensue a $20 late fee for each day late.
To secure your registration, a $175 non-refundable registration is due. Your child’s enrollment will not be finalized until that payment is received. All snacks are included in your child's tuition payment (healthy snacks are include each day, we provide 2 snacks for a full day schedule).
Drop-in & day extensions are available to students based on availability. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is needed in order to ensure availability for your child on your requested day and time. The drop-in & day extension rates are as follows:
Drop-In Days (Days your child does not normally attend)
Morning Drop-In - $35 Lunch Day Drop-In - $50 Full Day Drop-In - $75
Day Extensions (Extending the time your child stays on a day already attended)
Morning to Lunch - $15 Lunch to Full Day - $35 Morning to Full - $50

LOG IN TODAY!
1- Go To MyProcare.com
2- Enter your email address (the same email you have on file with Kaleidoscope Kids Preschool) and choose "GO"
3- Enter the confirmation code sent to your email, choose a password, and press "GO"
4- Then you may:
a- View your child's schedule, time card, immunizations, and more.
b- Use the "PAY" button to make a payment with your card
