Hello to all the new and returning Kaleidoscope Kids Preschool Families!
While the first day of school is still a ways away, we are getting ready for a new and exciting school year. Below are links to forms that are necessary for all students (new and returning) to complete and turn in before the first day of school on September 9th. Additionally, each student will need to have an updated Universal Health Record Form complete with a copy of your child's vaccination records.
